Important note: You can pay trough bank deposit, transference, or using Visa /Mastercard.
A. Once you place your order, it will remain in “waiting for payment confirmation” status.
B. To validate the placed orders payment, enter login and password in the access box (located in the site upper right corner).
C. Once completed this short process, two option will show under the access box (in the site upper right corner): Past Orders (a record of your past orders) and New Orders (a list of your present orders).
D. Clicking on “past Orders” allows you access a complete list of your Orders, arranged in four different status:
1. Waiting for payment confirmation: Mean that payment validation is pending.
2. Payment confirmation: we received your transaction, yet our personnel haven’t validated it in the corresponding bank account.
3. Shipping: You payment is validated, and your order have been dispatch to the shipping address you provided.
4. Closed Deal: You have received the product already.
E. The “consult” bottom allow you to see the status, in case there is a pending payment, you can enter the voucher or bank transference information.
